Bio[edit]
Appearance[edit]
Dev Mishima has thick, sand-coloured hair, that hangs raggedly around his face. It is clearly too long to be Naval regulation but he never gets it cut. This unruly hair sets the tone for the rest of his appearance, a bit too scruffy for the Navy, and with a permanent mischievous grin on his face.
Personality[edit]
Mishima is quick-witted and cheeky, and always has a quip or insult on his lips. This attitude hardly endears him to his commanders, but makes him popular with other crewmen. Dev is also quite lusty, and eagerly chats up the women of his ship, though he tends to come on too strong and rarely succeeds with his attempted conquests.
History[edit]
Dev Mishima grew up the bored middle child of a middle-class family, getting average grades at an average school, destined for a life of mediocrity. Then once day he realised that he had the gift of the gab, and tried his hand at using it to get ahead.
It didn't work. One failed confidence scam and Mishima found himself in a Vast Imperial court. Opting for military service over a prison sentence, he reluctantly ended up in the Navy.
