Flight Leader Reporting Template

Overview

As a Flight Leader (FL) you’ve got a little more responsibility, and your report will reflect that. Note whether your FMs have got their report in to you or not, as well as how many story posts they (and you) made, and what type those are. Pass along any questions or suggestions you received that should be handled by one of your superiors. Make sure you don’t forget to include any comments you may have as well, and remember to note your own activities and posts. If a mission’s just finished, think about how your people performed and maybe put them in for a medal or promotion.

There are two sections below. The first is the template itself, which can be Copy/Pasted and then filled out to make a good report. The second is an example of a report to use as a guide if you get confused. It can often be a good idea to fill out the report once and save it to your computer, then update it as people join, leave, or get moved or promoted. This makes it easier and cuts down the time it takes.

Ellesmere was wondering if she should add individual wiki pages for our NPC pilots, or just use a single page with basic bio information. Also, Scral is on AWOL watch. We’ll see if he gets on again this week.

Ellesmere should be awarded the Merit Cross 2nd Class for her help in running the squadron.
