Refugee Labor Assignments

Refugees from the Great Migration were allowed to sign up for labor contracts under the Strong Arms Program to assist in the recovery of the Imperial economy, as well as to earn the required points to earn citizenship.
There were many worlds which participated in the program, bringing millions of laborers in for a variety of projects which benefited the Vast Empire.
