Interrogation Training[edit]

Troopers applying for this course may specialize in one of two different types of interrogation styles; combat interrogation and rear-lines interrogation. The chief difference between the two is the brutality of the methods allowed and the availability of various tools.

Activity Requirements[edit]

Level 0

Training Regime/Story Requirements[edit]

Rear Lines Interrogation[edit]

The applicant will spend a four-day session with a professional Interrogator in the case of rear-lines specialization and observe the officer at work. On the final day, a new subject to be interrogated will be interviewed by the applicant as a practical application. A single 1500 word or two 750 word posts.

There's a bunch of ways that you can break a man down; don't feed him, drug him, bribe him, don't let him sleep. But never, ever actually touch him. A political prisoner is better living in fear of your drugs than your fist; men sent back from the frontlines for debriefs by our types are too tough to crack with a little violence. Besides - there are drugs that can stop your heart and keep you alive. Man can't think with only an hour of sleep in the last three days, or only a bite to eat in the last week. And turning on your cause is a whole lot easier with a fat paycheck, too, come to think of it.

Combat Interrogation[edit]

The trooper will attend a lecture in relation to the procedure for effective combat interrogations, led by a sergeant or combat trooper who has done the duties before in combat-field areas. There will be no practical for obvious reasons. One 1000 word post focusing on the lecture of the officer.

Best way to crack a man in a short matter of time? Hmm...threaten to blow his kneecaps off. When that doesn't work, actually blow his kneecaps off. Then level the gun in his face. Or, if you really, really can, shoot his buddy, then promise him better than that. He'll be only too willing after there's brain matter splattered everywhere.
