Aiwha-class Star Corvettes are fast assault craft often used as escort craft and for anti-piracy and regional defense purposes outside of the Core Worlds.

Characteristics

The Aiwha Class Star Corvette is an extremely fast corvette made by Kuat Drive Yards for both the Imperial Navy and planetary fleets. They are able to chase down almost any starfighter that is not an interceptor. The hyperdrive is also one of the fastest in the galaxy as well, and it's heavily armed for it's size, with a enough weapons to fight off pretty much anything in it's weight class.
