Intermediate Certification
Intermediate Certification isn't quite like BT- it takes you on a little adventure in reading and understanding then extends your understanding of what you learned in BT.
The certifcation process is actually split up into two test with their own pages. The first is the SA (Senior Aviator's Exam) which goes over what you learned in BT and requires a little more information yet. In order to take this test you must be alteast a PO2. If you pass the test, you may add (=SA=) to your ID line. If you pass with 70 percent or above, you will automatically receive a one rank promotion as long as you are under Cheif Petty Officer. If you receive distinction, you will receive a two rank promotion as long as it doesn't go past Cheif Petty Officer. This test is to make you eligable for a flight lead position. If you are eligable for the MA, you must wait atleast two weeks to take it, or the test will be voided.
The second test is the MA (Master Aviator's Exam), which will require you to totally understand your ship, your tactics and the VEN itself. You must be atlesat a Master Cheif Petty Officer. You must pass this test with atleast 80 percent to be rewarded with the (=MA=) on your ID line. Once you have passed the test, you will be given a single promotion as long as you are under Cheif Warrant Officer. If you receive distinction, you will receive a double promotion as long as you are under Cheif Warrant Officer. By becoming a Cheif Warrant Officer, you are eligable for Officer's Training and will begin it upon request. The test are below with very breif information attached. The best to you.
