Senior's Course

As a senior aviator, you would have a responsibility to look over the rest of your squadron mates and set a good example. This means both ethically and economically- the need to understand that your greater knowledge will effect the less informed around you makes you powerful. While it is miniscule compared to that of your commander, the war really comes down to the people involved in it. If we can focus on everyone at once, and this is done only by contact between flight members, we can have active elements, flights, squadrons, wings and even a fleet. It requires that everyone be on their toes though.
