Lieutenant Commander

Lieutenant Commander is generally the lowest rank at which a member will start to be considered for command of a Heavy Cruiser or Heavy Frigate, or for the Wing Commander position. It requires long service, consistent activity, and principled dedication to earn this rank.
The ID Line tag for this rank is: LCDR
Position[edit]
Any member holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander ranks directly above a Lieutenant and directly below a Commander.
