Paler Kraik

- Introduced: I'd Know that Face Anywhere

- Slicer, Senior Grade, Imperial Center

History[edit]

Paler grew up on Mrlsst, one of the jewels of the Tapani Sector. Though raised as any other common citizen, he rose above his station (and the slightly anti-human bias of the Mrlissi) and was enrolled in the Mrlsst Academy, one of the finest institutions of higher learning in the galaxy.

He studied hard and was awarded many honors. His career track looked bright as a future advanced droid electronics engineer and many corporations had come calling to enlist him as an intern.

That said, his non-scholastic activities saw him involved romantically with a major House princess, the results of this discovery made him persona non-grata amongst the Tapani estates. He finished his studies and quietly departed to the Outer Rim.

Various work for a variety of entities, from the Antarian Rangers to the nascent Smugglers' Alliance, landed him in an Imperial jail cell on Cephany. He broke out of his cell, yet was found sitting in the warden's office willing to make a deal. Kraik's move, while impressive, was not accepted. He was slated for a year's labor at a mining facility on a Vast Empire owned world. Enroute, the transport he was on was attacked. Freed from his bounds, he assisted in maintaining the ship's systems until an alternate hyperspace solution could be found. When the transport made an emergency stop at Etchik, his sentence was automatically commuted and he was taken in by Imperial Center staff at the Etchik shipyards.

He would later join the corporation and rise to position due to his technical abilities and willingness to work hard. He is now an ace field agent, working cases for the corporation and generally keeping a steady hand on the electronic assets of Imperial Center.
