Personality: R2-Y7 is fiercely loyal, and insatiably curious. He rarely panics, despite the dangerous situations his master usually flies him into. A bit quirky sometimes.
Interests: Repairing things, piloting ships, slicing computers, playing games of strategy.
Reason for enlisting in the Vast Empire: His master did.
History: R2-Y7 was put together from an R2 astromech kits and various "custom" parts by Demonic as a project. Flying as Demonic's astromech in the resistance, the pilot brought the droid with him when he joined the vast empire. R2 also played a role in Kal's adventurers with the Krayt Empress Smuggling organization, notably showing jealousy towards Clair as she caught his master's attention.
Fun Facts:
R2-Y7 is also the name of the Cantina/VERPG bot.
R2-Y7 was originally called R2-N7, and Darr-Rann's serveant droid held the name. However, the names were switched later for reasons the author has not stated.
