Ring of Merit

The Ring of Merit is a ring given to the most elite members of the Army that show daily the most dedication, loyalty, perseverance, courage, and manner that befits an officer. This medal has two classes. The first class, Crystal Ring of Merit, is for members of the Army that surpass all others in activity and loyalty. The second class, Gold Ring of Merit, is for Army members who confront all obstacles with perseverance, courage, and the manner befitting an officer. On the Commander of the Army may award this decoration.
