Steel Cross of Palpatine

The Steel Cross of Palpatine is the highest medal to be awarded an Army member. It is awarded only if the recipient has shown courage under fire, displayed the proper manners befitting an Imperial officer, surpassed the expectations of normal activity, and has changed the Army in a positive way because of his or her actions. This medal may only be awarded by the Prefect of the Army or by the Head of the High Council.
