William Ogmen

Wilhelm "William" Ogmen III, Baron Ogmen is the current Deputy Chancellor of Lianna, the Lord President of Council, and the Baron of Ipswich. Ogmen is the son of Baron Ogmen II, and was born on the Isle of Lansey off the coast of Windsor. He was first elected MP for Lansey and then Senator for Windsor, and finally he inherited his father's title of Baron of Ipswich, and at the same time John Crawford won a parliamentary majority, making him Deputy Chancellor.
