Rheagent System

This notable orbit, which grows steadily closer each revolution, will likely cause a catastrophic collision between Pribe and the star of the system within the next century. The inhospitable surface of Pribe is thickly blanketed with scalding geysers, craggy ravines, volcanic craters and bubbling lava fissures. Pribe, severely lacking in valuable minerals and even mildly appealing terrain, has nothing to offer the Vast Empire.

 

CEPANY TYPE: Planet (Terrestrial) TEMPERATURE: Moderate ATMOSPHERE: T1 (Breathable) HYDROSPHERE: Moist GRAVITY: Standard TERRAIN: Forest, Ocean DAY LENGTH: 25 Hours YEAR LENGTH: 297 Days SAPIENT SPECIES: Human STARPORT: Imperial-class POPULATION: 11.8 million FUNCTION: Homeworld GOVERNMENT: Colonial TECH LEVEL: Space MAJOR EXPORTS: Mineral ores MAJOR IMPORTS: Foodstuffs DESCRIPTION: Since the early days of the illustrious Galactic Empire, Cepany has been incessantly hailed as a wonderous planet of extraordinary beauty. The innumerable seas of scenic Cepany are composed of a strong saline solution which has had a profound effect on the rocky planet, creating countless crystal deposits on its shores. These dazzling crystals, sometimes over a dozen kilometers in size, have been painstakingly carved into actual cities by the Cepany artisans. Like the nearby inhabitants of Mangol and Lotaith, Cepany falls under the rule of the Provisional Government of Rheagent (PGR) which is only allowed to exist by the Vast Empire to pacify the unusually outspoken populace of the system. In terms of economy and trade, Cepany is a thriving world rich in various resources, and is a major asset to the Vast Empire. Many major corporations have their headquarters on this planet. Cepany itself is the home of countless Imperial-funded mining projects which exist under the watchful eye of the Vast Empire Ambassador.

 

LOTAITH TYPE: Planet TEMPERATURE: Moderate ATMOSPHERE: T2 (Breathable) HYDROSPHERE: Wet GRAVITY: Standard TERRAIN: Grasslands, Urban DAY LENGTH: 22 Hours YEAR LENGTH: 397 Days SAPIENT SPECIES: Human, Gran, Rodian STARPORT: Imperial-class POPULATION: 13.8 million FUNCTION: Capital GOVERNMENT: Imperial TECH LEVEL: Space MAJOR EXPORTS: Mid tech MAJOR IMPORTS: Foodstuffs DESCRIPTION: Lotaith was originally a colony of the Old Republic, and it was settled after the discovery of special ores and minerals. When the Old Republic finally toppled, Lotaith fell under the iron-grip of the Empire and was even further colonized to be used as the stronghold of law and order throughout the Rheagent system (which eventually would become a bastion of security itself). Lotaith serves as the cherished capital of the Vast Empire. The Vast Empire High Council is based here, as well as the homes of numerous retired Imperial officers and royal families from various dynasties which exist in Wild Space.

 

MANGOL TYPE: Moon (Satellite) TEMPERATURE: Moderate (inside habitat modules) ATMOSPHERE: T3 (Breath Mask Required) HYDROSPHERE: Moist (inside habitat modules) GRAVITY: Standard TERRAIN: Rocky, Urban (inside habitat modules) DAY LENGTH: 8 Hours YEAR LENGTH: 1,091 Days SAPIENT SPECIES: Human STARPORT: Imperial-class POPULATION: 560 million FUNCTION: Imperial Outpost, Shipyard GOVERNMENT: Imperial TECH LEVEL: Space MAJOR EXPORTS: Starships MAJOR IMPORTS: Miscellaneous DESCRIPTION: Lotaith has one moon, Mangol, which is used primarily as a military outpost for defense of the system as well as an active shipyard for the repair and construction of Vast Empire Naval starships. It also contains several prominent universities which are noted for their incessant research to document the anomolies of the Rheagent system.

 

DAYLID TYPE: Planet (Barren) TEMPERATURE: Cold ATMOSPHERE: T3 (Breath Mask Suggested) HYDROSPHERE: Arid GRAVITY: Standard TERRAIN: Steppe, Tundra DAY LENGTH: 17 Hours YEAR LENGTH: 512 Days SAPIENT SPECIES: None STARPORT: None POPULATION: None FUNCTION: Potential mining GOVERNMENT: Imperial TECH LEVEL: None MAJOR EXPORTS: None MAJOR IMPORTS: None DESCRIPTION: Daylid is a small, barren planet that has the potential for successful mining operations. It has been reported that volcanic activity exists beneath the surface of the planet, but this has yet to be officially confirmed.

SYSTEMS RHEAGENT SYSTEM - One of the notable military bastions of unchallenged Imperial supremacy throughout known space, the Rheagent system serves as the primary stronghold of the Vast Empire. The system itself contains three worlds, a frozen rock, and two asteroids. Among the three habitable worlds is the illustrious planet of Lotaith which has the distinguished honor of being the glorious seat of the Vast Empire and the meeting place of the High Council. SIAN SYSTEM - With a seemingly endless supply of precious ore and other valuable metals, the Sian system is considered one of the wealthiest corporate possessions of the Empire. The Sian system also contains modern Zero-G Stormtrooper training facilities. The foremost tourist attraction of the system, Tadath, functions as the headquarters of the Vast Empire Stormtrooper Corps. VECTRA SYSTEM - Once an outpost for Ssi-ruuvi raiders, the Vectra system is now the cherished home of the Vast Empire Imperial Navy. Despite recent difficulties with rebellious native kingdoms and several diabolical cults on various worlds in the system, Vectra is often used for numerous naval training excursions composed mostly of new recruits. SHYKAR SYSTEM - Containing only one truly habitable planet, Lopen, the Shykar system is the shadowy abode of the Dark Jedi Order. The history of system itself is shrouded in various demonic mysteries and seemingly inexplicable anomolies which only add further credence to the countless bizarre tales surrounding Shykar.
