Greetings fellow officers and troops,

In an effort to increase activity I will begin posting all my reports right here on our main domain page...

So...here is my report for this week...

Since Three has taken over my job as the OO I will start taking action on my plans that I've wanted to do for a long time now. I will be talking with division leaders/commanders on division activity and bring up general ideas to raise the activity level in all divisions. I want this meeting to take place some time next week. I will be getting together with Talon/Fury, Paan/Riel, and whatever High Command positions that would like to join in on the meeting. I will be sending e-mails about this shortly....

I will also be focusing more on a squad level. I want to start doing evaluations and offer recommendations to those that need them. I would also like to see information such as promotions and medals to anncouncement of squad/squadron news that comes about posted more frequently on the main domain page. Granted not everything can be posted there but brief statements can be made and point them to the comnet for more information. This of course to increase our never ending struggle with activity.

I want ALL division reports to be made in 3 places. First - A detailed report to be made right here on the HC comnet. Second - a brief report to be made on the main domain new. And Third, the reports will be posted on their own division main comnet pages.

I'm going to require that all commanders be active, as they should be and those that aren't we shall have to find replacements for ;)

And I believe that is it for me this week...
