Naval Report For December 22, 2002 --

Not much has happened this week. I'm quite disappointed. The new recurits that we "recruited" ended up being complete duds. But all that had better change this next week. Especailly with the Holiday season reaching it's peek, I expect to see a whole bunch of new VE Navy recruits in my inbox when I get back.

For the most part, squadrons have been working to get their squadron's in shape after the shuffle. But now that you've all had a week to do this, I wanna start seeing some activity coming out of them. I know that Viper is planning a story to be worked on over the holidays but I haven't heard much from Kaph or Polaris at all.

There is one promotion. Lonewolf has passed his FOCE and is promoted to the rank of Second Lieutenant. Congratulations.

Note: Elite Squadron Competitions are held at my discretion. If you want to have one, you better prove that your squadron is going to at least make it an interesting competition. That means, lots of activity.

Things to be working on in the new year:
- Bears Naval Newsletter - Get your submissions into it ASAP.
- Stories on the Story ComNet
- Recuritment - lots and lots of this! Your squadron commanders have more details.
- Vast Empire game nights
- I will award 5000 IC's to anybody that plays a game against one of our allies. Send screenshots to [email protected] for your reward.
- Overall activity - I'm tired of not having any
- Anything else that is helpful/related to the Navy or the Vast Empire in general.

I will be on leave till the 30th of December, until that time Warmaker will be in charge of the Vast Empire Navy. He will have complete control over the Navy except when it comes to policy changes.
