Current Status[edit]

Notable Skills[edit]

Above average accuracy, due to hunting experience during his "childhood". As a result, although he can hold his own in a melee fight, he doesn't have a natural advantage. Good at fixing things with limited tools and equipment.

Bio[edit]

Appearance[edit]

Navy Blue skin, with horizontal darker brown stripes. Pale orange eyes. Slightly larger than the average Mon Calamari.

Personality[edit]

Stewart-Power is generally reserved, especially around those of lower rank. However those that he considers equal to himself, or knows very well, may get a glimpse at a deep sarcastic strand that runs through him.

Name[edit]

Before he joined the Vast Empire, Stewart-Power was only known by one name; Thel. At the Vast Empire recruiting station the recruiters required a name for the Mon Calamari to go by. Not wanting to give them his personal name, he gave them the first two words that he thought of; Stewart and Power. Intending them to take the names as his first and last respectively, they instead made it his call-sign. He has gone by those names ever since.

History[edit]

Early Life[edit]

Born on Dac, Stewart-Power grew up modestly. He spent most of his time pretending to hunt the countless species of fish. While on just such a 'hunt', he befriended another Man Cal names Thain. The two found an abandoned hunting rifle nestled in a reef, and got actual experience using a gun. With the rifle, they saved up enough and left Dac. They traveled to Trandosha.

Trandosha[edit]

While on Trandosha, Stewart-Power and Thain spent most of their time hunting in the swampy parts of the planet. Alternating between catching wild game for a price, and living of what the land could provide; they made their living. Most of the local Trandoshans got used to the two Mon Calamari wandering about, albeit it was still a bit unusual.

The two Mon Cal's started becoming a common sight at a particular pub. It was a small pub, too small for the owner to give it a name; it was the very definition of a watering hole. It was on just such a visit, that a pair of bounty hunters visited the bar as well. Both of them were Trandoshan, and held a special place in their heart for hating Mon Calamari. They began to harass the two Mon Cal's, until weapons were drawn by the bounty hunters. they both gunned down Thain, who was unarmed, leaving themselves both open to the sniper rifle in Thel's hands. It took the heavily modified rifle just one shot to kill them both. After doing do, Thel dropped the rifle right beside Thain and walked silently out of the bar. He kept walking aimlessly, just going away from where his best, and only, friend had died. It was dark by the time he found what he was looking for, a spaceport. The spaceport was merely a trading post, and the only ship docked was a shuttle with the markings of a Vast Empire. He boarded it immediately.

Vast Empire[edit]

When he arrived at the Vast Empire recruiting station, an application test showed that he above-average in two areas, accuracy, and piloting. So, he joined the Vast Empire Navy.

After graduating from the academy, he was placed with Nazgul Squadron. Under the leadership of (at the time) Ensign Atrisan, he participated in Nazgul: The Anoat Two-Step. After the successful raid on the asteroid pirate base there, he then participated in Nazgul - Asteroids, Mines, Pirates Oh My In which he had to leave because of technical troubles. After these mission, and time spent in the reserves. Then he got promoted to Petty Officer 2 class for leading a team of Imperial Loyalist and a couple of injured Nazgul pilots (including a Commodore) to safety in the doomed Nazgul: The Sarek Stratagem. He was promoted once again for surviving the hell-hole that was Phoenix Wing: Smoke & Mirrors.

Once again, Stewart-Power was promoted when he stepped up to fill the vacant Gamma Flight Leader position. He now serves as a Flight Leader in Rhegent's Reign Squadron

Rhen Var[edit]

Shortly after joining the Vast Empire, Stewart-Power was delivering some items to an Officer of the Vast Empire. He was to pick-up the cargo on Onderon. After loading the cargo, he decided to wind down in a nearby cantina. While in the cantina, a young man approached Stewart-Power. After the man revealed his name to be Cayden Tavers, he offered the Mon Calamari payment for a trip to Rhen Var. Armed with a drink, and a Hawaiian shirt, Stewart accepted the man's offer. They left the cantina, and were on their way to Stewart's ship, Longshot a Firefly- class, Cayden was approached by three muggers, which were quickly dispatched by the Mon Calamari pilot. They arrived to the ship without any further delays. On his entry, Cayden noticed the imperial symbol on the cargo crates. A topic which the former Prince would broach many times over the course of the trip.
When they arrived, they were intercepted by a New Republic Nebulon-B frigate. The New Republic ship demanded to board, but when they did, a fire-fight erupted between the crew of the Firefly, and the troopers, after the Imperial logo was noticed by the inspecting officer. After dispatching the troops, Stewart attempted to blast his way to the planet surface, but in the end, resulted in being shot down.
After crash landing on the planet's surface, Stewart and Cayden began traveling towards a mountain range, the nearest shelter. After arriving at the mountains, they found a abandoned structure. While investigating the building, a New Republic landing force landed nearby, and began assaulting the building. They were nearly overrun by the troops, but blaster fire from the opposite direction starting splitting the troops attention. After that, Stewart-Power's memory isn't clear as to what happened. http://comnet.imperialnetwork.com/topic/13549/

Ykntola Order[edit]

Stewart-Power held the rank of Dark Squire Stewart-Power. He served with the YOV Starslasher Cutlass-9 Patrol Fighter

Death[edit]

Stewart-Power was killed during the Battle of Belgaroth. His death took place at the end of the mission entitled 2nd Fleet: High Stakes at Belgaroth, but is recorded in a one-off mission by Drac entitled, 2nd Fleet: Friends Die Too. He died when his starfighter was crippled and he was unable to eject. He fired all remaining missiles into the engines of an enemy Dreadnought moments before his starfighter struck the same location and was destroyed.

Date of Death[edit]

Out of Character, this character died on December 3, 2011 upon its owner's retirement.

Off Duty[edit]

When off duty, Stewart-Power usually flies is old Cutlass-9 Patrol Fighter to Trandosha, where his preferred method of hunting is using his modified and scoped "StarSlasher" Blaster Rifle. Thel has good connections with some of the Trandoshans living in the swampy parts of Trandosha. Some of those Trandoshans are extremely loyal to Thel, and are willing to give him a safe haven whenever he needs.
