I would just like to say this has been a VERY close call and you couldn’t ask for a better competition to decide who is to be ELITE!

There were 3 squads in the running for elite status. Iron Horse, Raiders and Fallen Angels. I’m glad to report that the Fallen Angels ‘Stormed’ ahead in the storyline, for their posts and amount of squad activity was by far the best. But with the absence of single player and multiplayer games it quickly took them out of the race... So then there were two... Iron Horse and Raiders...

After closely looking at the Single Player and Multiplayer rounds, it was clear that Raiders were ahead, but Iron Horse just behind by a point or two. The most trouble some part was the grading of the “Other” category. But after careful talks with the High Command I think we have come up with the best and fairest results.

So without further ado...The winner of the Elite Squad Competition, and the title of being the ELITE squad of the Vast Empire Army goes to... Iron Horse!!!

Congratulations to Timber Saden and his squad for a very fine performance. And thanks goes to Raiders squad who made it a very close and very exciting to watch.

In my eyes, we really do have two elite squads. Both squads have shown themselves capable of the title. I am very pleased with the amount of activity that came out of it and I’d like to congratulate all members on a job well done :)
